Westminster Millenium Pier is a pier on the River Thames and is located on the north side of the river beside Westminster Bridge and across the road from the houses of Parliament and below the statue or Boudicca. Westminster Pier is one or the best situated piers for many of London’s most historic and prestigious landmarks and attractions! Boat trips from Westminster pier allow you to experience the full City Cruises sightseeing tour along the River Thames as well as a selection of dining cruises.

Tickets - Adults & Children with disabilities
For all sightseeing cruises, City Cruises offers a free carer or companion ticket. For dining cruises, carers or companions receive a 50% discount. Please note that these carer tickets can only be booked through our customer service team at +44 20 7740 0400 or by emailing [email protected].
Step-Free Access
All of our boats offer step-free access to the main deck. While some upper decks may be reached only by stairs, our crew is always on hand to assist you.
Our key departure piers – including Westminster, London Eye (Waterloo), Tower, and Greenwich – are managed by Transport for London (TfL) and offer step-free access from street to pier. Wheelchair Access
We welcome wheelchair users on most of our sightseeing and dining cruises. The following applies:
- Manual wheelchairs and lightweight electric models are accommodated on most vessels.
- Some boats can only accommodate two wheelchairs at a time, so we recommend booking in advance to secure space.
- Wheelchair access is not available on the upper deck.

Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs are welcome aboard all of our sure they remain on a lead at all times and are clearly identifiable
Mobility Assistance
Our friendly crew is happy to provide boarding and disembarking assistance. While we are unable to physically carry passengers, we will do our best to support your needs safely.
Hearing & Visual Impairments
- Live or recorded commentary is available on most cruises.
- Printed transcripts may be available upon request for those who are hard of hearing.
- Unfortunately, we do not currently provide onboard induction loops or braille materials.
